Edmonton Meals on Wheels Community Services Coordinator
Edmonton Meals on Wheels is recruiting a Client Service Coordinator whose primary function will utilize exceptional customer care ensuring all new and existing clients are provided optimum quality service. This position is ideal for someone with a great attitude who is willing to assume responsibility with efficiency, confidentiality, professionalism, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. This position responsibility includes handling program inquiries, data entry, scheduling, meal delivery and volunteer issues.
Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in a non profit setting, preferably working with seniors. Advanced computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a requirement. Experience with data base administration, information, preparing power point presentations, and Adobe Design Suite definite asset.
You will be a quick learner and work as a team member in a fast paced environment. You display exceptional communication skills, sound judgement, problem solving skills and initiative.
A clear police security check and insured vehicle in good working condition is required.
