Getting Setup

Enrolling in the Edmonton Meals on Wheels Hot Meal program is easy. You can go to the Sign Up Now page, or call the office at 780-429-2020. No referral is necessary.

Edmonton Meals on Wheels is not just for seniors. In fact, 25% of our clients are under the age of 65 and use Edmonton Meals on Wheels to maintain a healthy lifestyle in their own home.

You can receive meals for as little as one day a week, or meals for all 7 days. Weekend meals are delivered on Fridays and are frozen or cold.

All meals are diabetic friendly, portion controlled,  with no added fats or salt. Some dietetic preferences and texture modifications can be accommodated, so don’t be afraid to ask!

Cost is $9.50 per day, per person, per meal for the standard meal package (5 meal package minimum order). Additional lunch and breakfast packages are also available.

Meals are delivered by dedicated volunteers Monday to Friday between 10:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday meals are delivered frozen on Fridays or the day before the holiday.

Edmonton Meals on Wheels is more than just a meal. Our service promotes nutrition, independence and friendship.
