
Each hot meal consists of soup, a main meal which includes a protein, starch and vegetables, fruit OR salad and dessert. Meals are portion controlled and are delivered in recyclable and disposable containers.
The menu follows an eight week rotation and offers a nutritional, balanced meal developed with input from a Registered Dietitian. Meals are diabetic friendly, with no added salt or added fats. Individual preferences, within reason, can be accommodated. To view this month’s menu click here.
