Millwoods Suzuki shows their support

Millwoods Suzuki has made Edmonton Meals on Wheels their charity of choice for 2010. This new relationship will assist us in our efforts to raise money for the meal subsidy program.

In May 2010, Millwoods Suzuki launched a new promotion with the Grand Prize being a one year lease on a 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara. The draw will be made December 31, 2010. With each ballot that is entered into the draw box, Millwoods Suzuki will donate ten cents to Edmonton Meals on Wheels. Second Prize will be drawn in July, September and December for trips to Vegas. The Third Prize is one year of free oil changes with draws being made each month throughout the promotion. Draw boxes can be found at over 20 locations throughout the city.

“We are pleased to develop this new relationship with Millwoods Suzuki,” said Liz Tondu, Executive Director, Edmonton Meals on Wheels. “This is a phenomenal opportunity for Millwoods Suzuki to grease the wheels that deliver meals to Edmontonians.”

As part of showing their support, Chris Kunnel has also become a Meals on Wheels volunteer and delivers meals to clients on Wednesdays.
