“Your services are a good comfort and reliable. I’m not experienced with balancing a proper diet, but now I eat better, I feel better, and I have people to talk to. The options for different diets are easy to change, and volunteers make me feel safe knowing I don’t have to go out in the cold. Thank God for Meals on Wheels!”

It's the most wonderful time of the year! We are hosting our annual gift drive this year and we could use your help! Christmas is a season full of memories! From our childhood we remember the trees going up, the lights being hung and the intrigue and happiness of receiving a Christmas gift. While the holidays are a time to be with family and loved ones, this time of the year can be especially lonely for those who live by themselves, have no family in town, or have health issues...

Outside of volunteering, you can find Justin binging anime series, playing video games online, and finding new word puzzles to test his friends. Can you guess the answer to this one?

In the name they are the same, one man made, and one was laid. You’ll see them both in the sky, but only one can fly.

Put yourself in the shoes of a vulnerable Edmontonian. Many members of our community are seniors and homebound individuals who sometimes require a helping hand to maintain their cherished independence. They are not strangers, but loved ones and neighbors. With your support, Edmonton Meals on Wheels can continue making a vital difference in the lives of those you care about.

It's Seniors Week! Seniors are a vital part of our communities. They are our parents and grandparents, mentors and friends, neighbours and community members, employees and employers, and they make a difference in all of our lives. Even if we can't do it in person, we want to recognize, celebrate, and support seniors this week. For each day of Seniors Week, we are sharing suggestions for ways you can support the seniors in your life safely and responsibly

This last year alone, our volunteer kitchen helpers and drivers combined have donated over 135,000 hours to our organization and hundreds of thousands of kilometers. Every weekday from 10am-1pm on the roads, and around the clock in our kitchen (7 days a week), our volunteers are ensuring our city’s most vulnerable are receiving a fresh and healthy meal.
