Meals are heated in microwave or oven. Full instructions are provided with your first meal delivered. Never reheat our meals in a toaster oven.
Only our daily meal services qualify for subsidy. In price comparisons, our frozen meals are extremely reasonable. All clients pay the same rates for frozen meals.
No, our meal prices are kept reasonable in part through volunteer drivers who deliver the meals. Each day the number of meals and volunteers who will deliver to your area will vary. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

There are no membership fees and no referrals needed. There are also no age restrictions. You don’t need to be over a certain age to receive our meals. At present, 13% of our clients are under 60 years old. Some people need to use our meal service temporarily – after being discharged from the hospital, for example. Others need our services on a more permanent basis.
However, you must be able to pay for, be home to receive, and reheat our meals.
