Wing Wednesday was an exciting in-person opportunity for donors, volunteers, friends, and members of the business community to show their support, and enthusiasm for Edmonton Meals on Wheels. Our special VIP guests featured in Hot Seat interviews inspired by Sean Evans’ Hot Ones. They will answered some thought-provoking interview questions about food security and how that affects Edmontonians as they sample increasingly spicier wings and test their tolerance for heat.
Guests enjoyed flavourful appetizers balanced by a selection of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages from our cash bar.
Wing Wednesday raised critical funds for the programs of Edmonton Meals on Wheels and created awareness about our work.

Meals on Wheels is thankful for Stantec’s generosity. By making its third-floor social space available for Wing Wednesday, it is supporting Edmonton Meals on Wheels’ programs and the many Edmontonians that benefit from them.
